The ultraWAVE Art Metal line of decorative table / shelf top vessels is a unique collection of handwrought heavy gauge copper works, noted for vivid kiln fired glass inlay (champlevé) and subtle metal patinas. The studio works with decorative object collectors and also with the decor trade on a contract basis.
ultraWAVE Art Metal Studio, located in Yorktown NY, draws seed inspiration from a spectrum of early 20th Century American Arts and Crafts Movement metal artists, ranging from the Roycroft to the Tiffany aesthetic. The ultraWAVE Art Metal unique design "signature" is further informed by a broad reference to historical world cultures and by a contemporary visual pleasure in joining kiln fired glass (vitreous enamel) and metal through dynamic creations.
